Client: Severalmaz JSC (a subsidiary of ALROSA engaged in diamond mining)

Objective
Locate a candidate with a rare set of qualifications in tire maintenance for heavy-duty vehicles used at the diamond mining site.
Challenge
The target professionals were not actively seeking jobs on traditional employment platforms and typically didn’t maintain resumes. Many were already employed by competitors or not actively looking for a job change. The in-house HR team had exhausted standard hiring channels and a referral program, before turning to targeted advertising as an alternative solution.
Approach
Audience Segmentation: Conducted precise segmentation to identify potential candidates, including graduates from specialized educational institutions and employees of competitor companies.

Targeted Campaigns: Launched highly targeted ad campaigns focused on narrow audiences relevant to the unique role requirements.
Outcome
Results: Due to confidentiality, specific campaign metrics are under NDA. However, the campaign successfully led to 8 qualified candidates entering the first round of interviews.

Conclusion: Despite the unconventional recruitment challenge, targeted advertising provided Severalmaz with a new avenue to reach highly specialized candidates, supplementing the company’s standard hiring practices and helping to expand its candidate pool for niche roles.
